baseball and bunnies and lambs, oh my!

Catching up on the blogging a bit -- just because we've been on Spring Break the past two weeks doesn't mean we weren't out having some fun!

We met up with some friends at a park, and J's friend Q got him involved in a game of catch. Q is quite the baseball addict, and J is just starting to learn about it (will be starting a homeschool baseball class next week), so he was eager to learn from his friend.

Zoo Boy preferred to go for a walk. Naturalist, yes. Athlete, not so much.

Both boys took a museum class about rabbits. Here, J shows off his hand-made bunny ears, and his willingness to try a treat called "bunny poop". Um, yeah. (It's really coco puffs and marshmallow fluff. I still can't believe he actually at it, though.)

Zoo Boy shows off his own set of bunny ears.

Part of our "gang of hooligans". Don't they look like they're looking for trouble?! (That's because they are!) They like to play "king of the rock", chase the chickens and cats around, and sneak up on the dogs. You can just hear them whispering "I dare ya...." to each other.
