We celebrated May Day at our favorite children's museum. Each of the boys had a class about flowers (and what better way to spend the 1st of may than learning about and planting flowers?). Here's a sampling of what they came home with -- they each planted a petunia and a sunflower seed, which are currently gracing our Nature Table.

Meanwhile, J was participating in various impromptu museum programs with various volunteers.

After a snack and some play time outside, it was time for J's class, where they created prints from flowers in addition to the planting activities.

Here's J's flower print.
