life in a shell

Zoo Boy had a museum class yesterday afternoon all about the animals that live in shells. The Boy is behind the child with the red shirt in this photo of the class attentively listening to a story being read by the wonderful Ms Sarah.

The kids got to see and touch many different types of shells. Zoo Boy seemed really "into" the whole class, and every time I peeked in, he was asking a question or commenting on what Ms Sarah was saying.

Working on his craft project.

Ta-da! A Hermit Crab to be proud of!
