Here's a few photos of the fun we had this past weekend (which is what kept me from blogging -- too busy having a good time!).We had friends spend the afternoon at our lake's beach with us, then spent the night at our house. Here the boys' buddy falls asleep with them while they are watching a movie, after enjoying a campfire.
We took a late afternoon trip to Hammonasett State Park in Madison, CT. Nice time of day to be on the beach, the sun is less intense and the beach is less crowded. The kids found all sorts of interesting things getting washed in by the tide.
J drew a picture of himself as a caveman in the sand. He said his name is "J-gar".
It was gearing up to be a gorgeous sunset.
We also went to a family party, where Zoo Boy connected with my cousin and his young son.
