Harriet Tubman, chapter 4

Above is J's drawing of the fourth chapter of our Harriet Tubman story, of Harriet dreaming of flying away with the birds. Below is Zoo Boy's drawing, of Harriet noticing something odd about one of the other slaves while he was harvesting corn (he was about to run away).

J's chapter summary is above, Zoo Boy's below. My drawing of Harriet being hit in the head with the brick the overseer threw is at the bottom, with the runaway slave escaping into the woods outside.

Your drawings have come so far! They look great. Obviously, the boys drawings are great too but I'm really impressed with your work :)

Aw, thanks Alyss! I'm really happy with the progress I've made -- anything art related used to scare the bejeepers out of me, and now I've gotten so bold about it, I often amaze myself! LOL
